Hub Apex is now accepting applications for the October 2026 pilot launch of our Flexible Learning Hub. Designed for homeschool learners ages 5–11, the program provides structured academic support in flexible two-hour sessions. Space is limited. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment or participation. Families will receive confirmation after the application and enrollment process is completed.

Academic Support for Homeschool Learners
The Flexible Learning Hub provides a supportive, structured learning environment where homeschool students ages 5–11 can work on their assignments, receive academic guidance, strengthen skills, build confidence, and make progress at their own pace. Students bring their own device and learning materials so they can access their assignments, online resources, and other parent-provided educational materials.

The Flexible Learning Hub is designed for homeschool learners ages 5–11 who benefit from a structured and supportive environment to complete assignments, strengthen academic skills, receive guidance, and build confidence as independent learners.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
October 2026 Pilot Schedule
Monday & Tuesday

Each session provides two hours of structured academic support. Families may select one session or up to two consecutive sessions per child per day.
Maximum participation per child: 4 hours per day.
PARTICIPATION OPTIONS
Single Session Participation
$40 per 2-hour session
Ideal for families seeking occasional or flexible participation.
Weekly Participation Plan
$125 per week
Designed for families participating in multiple sessions during the week.
Monthly Participation Plan
$440 per month
Designed for families seeking consistent, ongoing participation throughout the month.
LAUNCH SPECIAL
A launch discount is available to the first 10 qualifying participants.
$30 — First Single Session
$330 — First Monthly Plan
$125 — Weekly Plan remains unchanged
The launch discount applies to the participant’s first Single Session or first Monthly Plan selected. Standard rates apply thereafter.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Step 1
Submit the Parent Application Form.
Families submit an application for their child and select their preferred session time(s) and participation option.
Step 2
Application Review.
Hub Apex reviews the application, requested session availability, and required information.
Step 3
Receive Enrollment Invitation.
Families whose applications can be accommodated will receive enrollment instructions, the Parent Enrollment Packet, and applicable program policies.
Step 4
Complete Required Enrollment Documents.
Parents/guardians complete all required agreements, waivers, emergency information, authorized pickup information, and other required forms.
Step 5
Complete Payment & Receive Final Confirmation.
After required enrollment steps are completed, applicable payment instructions will be provided. Enrollment is complete only after the family receives final confirmation from Hub Apex.

If a program reaches capacity, families may join the waitlist and will be contacted as openings become available.
SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE
Limited scholarship assistance may be available for qualifying families based on available funding and program resources.
