Hub Apex is a community-based youth enrichment organization dedicated to supporting children ages 5–11 through structured academic support, hands-on learning, and character development. Our goal is to create a safe, engaging environment where children can grow academically, socially, and personally.

Shunta Stanford
Program Lead & Community Engagement Coordinator
Shunta Stanford serves as the Program Lead and Community Engagement Coordinator for Hub Apex, bringing a strong foundation in early childhood education and a deep commitment to youth development. As a board-certified early learning educator, she plays a central role in shaping the academic quality and instructional approach of Hub Apex programs.
With expertise in supporting foundational learning, Shunta is dedicated to helping children ages 5–11 build strong skills in reading, math, and critical thinking while fostering confidence and a love for learning. She is passionate about creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments that meet the needs of diverse learners.
In addition to her educational leadership, Shunta serves as a key connection between Hub Apex and the community, helping to ensure that families feel supported, welcomed, and engaged. Through her leadership and presence, she represents the heart of Hub Apex’s mission—empowering young minds and strengthening the community.
Her expertise as a board-certified educator helps ensure that Hub Apex delivers high-quality, impactful learning experiences for every child served.
Jackie Cooper
Director
Jackie Cooper serves as the Director of Hub Apex, providing leadership, vision, and oversight for the organization’s programs and operations. With nearly 15 years of dedicated experience working with children, she brings a deep understanding of youth development and a strong commitment to supporting young learners.
Jackie plays a central role in shaping the structure and direction of Hub Apex, ensuring that programs are well-organized, engaging, and impactful for children ages 5–11. Her experience allows her to guide the development of programs that support both academic growth and positive character development.
She is dedicated to building a high-quality enrichment program that supports student success, confidence, and overall well-being. Through her leadership, Hub Apex continues to grow as a trusted, community-focused organization committed to empowering young learners.
